Rules

General rules:

1. Only members of the ESCNation message board can take part in this contest.

2. All entries are intended to remain anonymous so do not reveal your entry on the MB! All participants will be given an alias during the semi-finals.

3. You can only submit one song per person.

4. You cannot take part with any song that has appeared in Eurovision, ESC national finals or any other ESC-related preselection shows or spin-offs (including Junior Eurovision, Intervision, American Song Contest, etc).

5. Your entry should not use any discriminatory language or hate speech!

6. Any past ESCNation song contest entries are not allowed. You can find a list of former entries here.

7. There are no limits on the language, genre, song length or release year.

8. Covers/remixes of songs are allowed as long as they don't break any of the above rules.

The host will have the final say on whether your entry breaks any of these rules or is deemed ineligible for any other reason.

How to send your entry:

Once you have your entry, please send it to asfglasgow25@gmail.com

Please include the following:

Your MB name

Song Title

Artist/Band name (including any featured artists)

A high quality mp3 of your entry (preferably with all song details removed)

You have until Friday 5th September to submit your entry.

How the voting will work:

Voting will be done in ESC-Style (1-8, 10 and 12 points).

You must vote in the semi-final you are competing in. Failure to vote in time will result in disqualification! This also applies to the final if your entry qualifies!

You cannot vote for your own entry!

DO NOT post your votes on the MB! Results will be revealed as the contest progresses.
